Grace Matthews (September 3, 1910 – May 15, 1995) was an actress in the era of old-time radio and the early years of television. She is perhaps best known for portraying Margo Lane in the radio program The Shadow. Matthews' theatrical work included stock theater in Manitoba, Canada, and Ontario, Canada,summer stock activities in Marblehead, Massachusetts, and the production of Dame Nature by the Theatre Guild in New York City. Matthews was seen in Road of Life and As the World Turns. She also spent three years in London, England, acting in programs on ITV and the BBC She appeared in 21 episodes of Radio Mystery Theater.

Grace Matthews' early radio work garnered her the title of "Queen of the Soap Opera". Her radio credits include Big Sister, Cavalcade Of America, Suspense, Yours Truly, Johnny Dollar and Theater Five, but she is best remembered for her longtime role of Margo Lane in The Shadow. In film she is remembered for her role in The King And I, and on television her credits include the daytime soap operas As The World Turns and her longtime role of Claudia Dillman on Guiding Light. Also, she was married to CBSRMT alumni Court Benson who appeared in 179 episodes of CBSRMT.
