Was one of the ones I converted from a childhood tape. Good show. I'll flesh this out later!

Kevin Ross

Three men are killed by the ultimate in "poison pen letters." The letters prey upon their recipients' greed: a woman says she once propositioned a man who gave her $50 without asking anything in return. Now that she's wealthy, she wants to repay that man with $50,000. E.G. Marshall says after both Acts I & II that the listener has all the clues to solve the murders.

Karen

Police Lieutenant Leoni is convinced that theatrical producer William K. Crandall was murdered by playwright Edward Larsen, whose latest script Crandall had turned down. But someone else’s fingerprints are on the letter opener that killed him. A mousy middle-aged woman who typed Crandall’s scripts calls Leoni to say that she had killed the producer. But Leoni refuses to believe her even though he later learns the prints on the letter opener are hers.
