Just finished listening to this CBS RMT episode from the Mid 1970's, & yes it does/feels like a tragic real life radio drama from the classic William Shakespeare play that is ROMEO & JULIET with a twist towards the end of the radio 📻 drama ago afomentioned .

It was fun to hear the old commercials (Christmas time) along with the news report at the end, which included the temperature in Celsius. Great nostalgia from the era when we were supposedly transitioning to the metric system!

Unusual gem of a story with a compelling performance (as always!) by the wonderful Teri Keane, and an unbearably sad ending. Glad I stumbled across it. Please don’t skip this episode!
