Sappy soap opera. Not my favorite. By the way, wasn't there a very similar episode with Larry Haines as the heart patient with an aneurysm?

A note on the commercials...I remember that girl who played "Annie" from when I was a kid. I remember hearing her belt out various commercials, and also clips from the actual show that made her a star yelling out "Tomorrow, tomorrow, there's always tomorrow." She was everywhere and I was so sick of her. She drove me crazy!
