Lilo Richter, against the advice of her agent, accepts a nightclub engagement in Berlin at a time when the neo–Nazis were still trying through terrorism to make a comeback. She also wants to be with the only man she has ever loved: American reporter Gil Blake. But Blake, working on an explosive story, has been kidnapped.
