"The Postmistress of Laurel Run" was an average listen at best. Kind of surprising since it was an adaptation from western author Bret Harte. It just lacked. I will give it credit--the actors in this episode did fantastic old western accents very well. Marien Seldes did a better than usual job portraying a younger woman. No fear you can here. It was a western for Pete's sake. 3 stars.
